- Through San Antonio Food Bank’s Project H.O.P.E. commodity program we distribute free groceries to persons aged 60 or older who meet financial eligibility criteria.
RAYS- Realizing and Achieving Your Success: A Parenting Program
Are you pregnant or do you have a child under 36 months of age? If so, this program is for you. Through this program you can receive material assistance, counseling, classes and guidance through this exciting time in your life. As part of our new Social Determinants of Health program, we have Certified Community Health Workers available to be Care Coordinators for people who are ready to take control of the social determinants in their life.
