We offer a range of Social Services:
  • Help navigating public assistance programs like Medicare, Medicaid, SSI, Care Link, food stamps and child care.
  • Clothing assistance.
  • Food assistance through our in-house food pantry.
  • Limited monetary assistance with utilities in emergency situations.
  • Through San Antonio Food Bank’s Project H.O.P.E. commodity program we distribute free groceries to persons aged 60 or older who meet financial eligibility criteria.
  • RAYS- Realizing and Achieving Your Success: A Parenting Program

    Are you pregnant or do you have a child under 36 months of age? If so, this program is for you. Through this program you can receive material assistance, counseling, classes and guidance through this exciting time in your life.   • Care Coordinators

    As part of our new Social Determinants of Health program, we have Certified Community Health Workers available to be Care Coordinators for people who are ready to take control of the social determinants in their life. This program is meant to be a team effort as everyone works together to help improve the situation as much as possible. Call 210-334-2300 for more information and to schedule your appointment.
